Pizza “Manhathan” is a mix of italian and american traditions, the basic taste of which is a red hot pepper. A mild but with piquant acuity it will not only satisfy your hunger but will also let you to enjoy its’ unsurpassed taste. For dough*:

Water – 150-200 gm
Milk – 200 gm
Eggs – 1 th
Frozen yeasts – 10 gm
Salt – 1 sp
Olive oil – 1 sp

For filling:

Olive oil infused on spices.
Tomato sauce
Fresh tomatos – 1 th
Cheese “Gauda” – 2-3 slices
Cheese “Mozzarello” – 1 pack
A boiled-smoked chicken- 3-4 slices
Hot red pepper – a drop
Mixture of italian spices (basil, oregano, bitter papprika)

Italians pay special attention to every step of pizza baking, they call everyone to do it, to come closer to their skills. Despite its’ uniqueness pizza “Manhathan” begins with dough and making dough is a beginning of the creative process. As a matter of fact it is not important in which sequence you put ingredients into pizza, the most important is you mood.

Knead classic yeast dough, leave it for 1 hour and a half, and once again knead it carefully. Make 10 balls from this dough and mash it into a tortilla with diameter 23-25 cm, now from a normal dough we should make a basis for the piquant italian pizza to do it sprinkle each tortilla with spices and of course flavor butter. Pay attention to this: butter must be made at first.

To make the right taste of butter it must be pushed on oil. To make it you should take a handful of such spices like organo and basili, put it in a capacity and pour it with olive oil. If you want to make it maximum professionaly – butter should be pushed on spices at least for two days that means it must be pre-made. After this butter must be pressed, strained and now it can be used for making pizza! Now sauce. Sauce as butter is better be cooked by yourself. For making real tomato sauce scale tomato with boiling water, clean it from skin, fry them on a small fire to the complete evaporation of liquid and pour spices again. Now the main ingredients: pieces of chicken, grated cheese and chopped hot red pepper.After shredding the red pepper it’s better be washed so there would be no wish to lick fingers… Then oven will do everything for you. Put our piquant pizza-beauty in the oven for 7-10 minutes, make up your working place and BON APPETIT!
