Are all the ingredients bought and already lying on your kitchen table? Then let’s get started. First step is to let dough. Classic yeast dough will be the best for our pizza. If you forgot how to make it then we are coming to your help. Pour the flour on a big board ( or on adry and clean table). Make a little hole in flour, without reaching a table, break egg in it and pour salt in there. Next step is yeasts: dissolve them in water and pour it in the centre of a flour slide, constantly kneading flour and trying not to let the liquid transcend the hole. Repeat the procedure until dough becomes homogeneous cover it with a towel and leave the dough in a dry place for 1 hour and a half. For the following time yeasts will do what they need to: the dough will rise, after what it must be mixed again, letting air bubbles from there. Then divide it into 10 equal parts and roll every part into a ball, from which we will get the unsurpassed “Don Carleone”.

Move to making filling. Let’s start with butter. If you want to make everything by recipe then butter must be infused on spices at least for 2 days after what you need to overcome and strain it. Pay attention to this: during the cooking process it’s important to remember , that you are baking a real italian pizza,not some pie, that’s why you should be in appropirate disposition. Italians think that it’s important what energy you transmit to your masterpiece because the taste will be aproppirate. So continue cooking and think about something pleasant. If you want to make an italian look alike pizza then butter must be infused on spices for two days, after what press it and percolate it. Now sauce. For making real tomato sauce scale tomato with boiling water, clean it from skin, fry them on a small fire to the complete evaporation of liquid and pour salt with spices. Of course to minimize these problems, you can buy a ready-made sauce, but remember: to make a real pizza it’s undesirable to use tomato pasta.

Now a little bit of creativity: you need to mix all the ingredients. If the dough balls have been lying more than 10 minutes- smash them again (with your hands) and make a round tortilla from each of them. Then smear the tortilla with butter, put a tomato sauce with circular motions, put fresh tomatos circulary and finally the most important.Uniformly pour the beacon and pineapple slices, covering everything with grated cheese and pour spices. Pizza is almost ready now put it in the oven for 7-10 minutes and make up the table.

For dough*:

Water – 150-200 gm
Milk – 200 gm
Eggs – 1 th
Frozen yeasts – 10 gm
Salt – 1 sp
Olive oil – 1 sp

For filling:

Olive oil infused on spices.
Tomato sauce
Fresh tomatos – 1 th
Cheese “Gauda” – 2-3 slices
Cheese “Mozzarello” – 1 pack
Bavarian sausages – 2-3 slices
Mixture of italian spices (basil, oregano, bitter papprika)
